By accessing, browsing, or reserving a chauffeur-driven vehicle through the website https://unicorncab.in/, via direct telephone helpline (+91 99990 79650), or through our official WhatsApp booking desk (+91 99990 79650), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users, passengers, travel organizers, and corporate clients utilizing Unicorn Cab's services throughout Delhi NCR, outstation routes across North India, and airport terminal pickups at Indira Gandhi International Airport (Terminals 1, 2, and 3).

Unicorn Cab provides pre-booked and on-demand chauffeur-driven car rental services including:

• Airport Terminal Transfers: Pickups and drops connecting Delhi Airport (T1, T2, T3) to Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.
• Outstation Intercity Taxis: One-way and round-trip journeys to destinations including Agra, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradun, Shimla, and Manali.
• Local Hourly Car Rentals: 4 Hours / 40 Kms, 8 Hours / 80 Kms, and full-day customized city itineraries.
• Group & Corporate Travel: Multi-passenger transportation using Toyota Innova Crysta, Innova HyCross, and Force Tempo Travellers.

A booking is deemed confirmed only after our dispatch desk assigns a booking reference and sends vehicle allotment details (Driver Name, Contact Number, and Vehicle Registration Number) via SMS or WhatsApp.

Unicorn Cab operates on a strict Zero Hidden Charges policy. All rates provided prior to booking are calculated based on agreed distance, vehicle category, and duration:

Fares are locked upon confirmation. Unicorn Cab does not implement dynamic surge pricing during peak rains, festivals, or high airport traffic hours.

We understand travel schedules can change. Our fair cancellation guidelines ensure flexibility for all travelers:

Refunds are processed to the original payment source or via instant UPI transfer upon cancellation verification.

To ensure seamless pickups at Indira Gandhi International Airport:

• Flight Tracking: Provide your flight number during booking. Our dispatch desk tracks arrival time and schedules driver reporting accordingly.
• Complimentary Waiting Time: For domestic arrivals, up to 45 minutes of free waiting time is included from the time of touchdown; for international arrivals, up to 75 minutes is included to allow baggage retrieval and customs clearance.
• Designated Pillar Coordination: At Terminal 3, chauffeurs coordinate at designated pillars (1 to 18). Chauffeur details and vehicle number are sent before you exit the terminal.
• Direct Helpdesk Assistance: If you experience difficulty locating your driver, call our 24/7 airport desk at +91 99990 79650 for immediate visual coordination.

To safeguard the safety and comfort of all passengers and chauffeurs:

• Passenger Capacity: The number of passengers must not exceed the legal seated capacity permitted by the vehicle registration (4 for Sedans, 6 for Ertiga, 7 for Innova Crysta, 12-16 for Tempo Travellers).
• Luggage Capacity: Passengers should book an appropriate vehicle category matching their luggage volume. For excessive luggage or oversized sporting equipment, please inform our team in advance to arrange roof carrier vehicles or larger fleet models.
• Prohibited Items: Carrying contraband, firearms, illicit substances, or inflammable hazardous substances is strictly forbidden under Indian transport regulations.
• Vehicle Hygiene: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or littering inside the vehicle is prohibited to preserve hygiene for subsequent travelers.
• Personal Belongings: Passengers are requested to check the car thoroughly before disembarking. While Unicorn Cab assists in tracing forgotten items, we are not legally liable for valuables left unattended in the vehicle.

All Unicorn Cab chauffeurs hold verified commercial driving licenses, passenger badge endorsements, and police verification records. Drivers adhere strictly to statutory speed limits and traffic safety laws.

Force Majeure: Unicorn Cab shall not be held liable for delayed reporting or transit disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather events (severe winter fog), natural calamities, political rallies, unanticipated highway blockades, or sudden route diversions enforced by traffic authorities. In such rare instances, our dispatch desk will proactively communicate alternative arrangements or vehicle substitutions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
